Every time the service is finished, the client is expected to review the interpreter's performance.

If the feedback is positive, the interpreter will gain score, otherwise he or she will lose score.

The interpreter's future is decided by the client.

To gain more chance, the interpreter will spare no efforts to offer the best service to the client.
