5. How do you guarantee the quality of the interpreter’s service?

We have a quality-tracking system and every interpreter is evaluated with Trust Score.

Every time the service is finished, the client is expected to review the interpreter’s performance.

If the feedback is positive, the interpreter will gain score, otherwise he or she will lose score.

The interpreter’s future is decided by the client.

Therefore, to get more chance, the interpreter will spare no efforts to offer the best service to the client. 

You are welcome to review the interpreter's work quality. Whether it's positive or passive, we'll post it in the interpreter's profile.

6. How do you protect my privacy?

We keep your personal information confidential and will never share it with a third party without your consent.

7. Can you recommend a suitable interpreter to me for free?

Yes. You are also welcome to see the quotation of the interpreters at his or her profile. Then interview them and finally decide which one to hire.

8. What are the rates?

The rates vary a lot based on the interpreter's language level, work experience and work quality.

9. My schedule is not decided, can I call you to get an interpreter after arriving in China?

Definitely. We can recommend an interpreter to you. We will try our best to recommend a most suitable interpreter at a short notice. However, as the interpreter may have no time to prepare, we can not guarantee the service will satisfy you. Hence, we strongly suggest that you post a project to find one once you decide your China trip. 

10. Do I need to pay for extra hours?

Most of our interpreters don’t additionally charge if the working time is within 10 hours per day. 

11. I need a representative/point person experienced in my industry, can you find one for me?

Yes. But please kindly note that you are expected to detail your job description when posting a project. The more detailed your description is, the more suitable talent we are able to find for you. 

12. How do I update my information?

You can do it in your profile. 

13. What are my legal responsibilities?

You are expected to abide by China’s laws, and be responsible for all the activities in connection with your using Interpretersky’s service. We do not tolerate any improper conduct toward our talent, or the talent have right to stop the service and will not refund the rest fees.
