Personal tour guide in China

Recently I receive an email from my friend and she is complaining her life and job. She said she decides to work at home to be a China personal tour guide. She is English major and graduated in 2005. Before working at home, she works in a company in Shanghai and earns about 5000CNY per month, but she is tired of her current job and wants to retreat from the hustle of the city. She wants to lead a relaxed and cozy life in a peaceful place.

She did make her dream come true. She now stays in a small city and work for different companies at home by Internet. That’s to say, the company offer jobs to her and she works as a tour guide and take the foreign clients to explore the city, enjoying local flavors and doing sightseeing. If she wishes, she could enjoy the fresh air, blue sky, green lawn and warm sunshine at any time. Anyway, I feel she is like a bird, free and happy.

After reading her email, I think a lot. Recently, I also feel the relentless pressure in my life. I don’t like a stressful life. Similarly, I really don’t want to work in the company, too. I don’t want to go to work at 9:00 and come back home at 5:00. I want to make a change, change, change… Do you have good suggestions for it? I’m expecting your kind and sound advice.
